I began my therapy practice with the hope of holding space for cis and trans women and non-binary people to heal from Religious Trauma Syndrome (RTS) and Adverse Religious Experiences from high-control religions, cults, and religious communities. As my practice continues and our collective need for therapy grows, my hope is to continue this work through a collaborative approach to mental health counseling that invites you to be the expert in your healing process.
While I specialize in religious abuse and spiritual trauma, I also work with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, codependency in relationships, unhealthy family dynamics, grief and loss, infertility and pregnancy, and general life transitions and stress. I am also queer, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and kink and poly/non-monogamous positive.
*Currently, all therapy sessions take place online via telehealth.
